The hotel was in a comfy position really close to the centre and bistro and a softball tournament at the CAA Centre which is 5 minutes away. The staff there were really helpful and very efficient...

This place had a good price and offered a fantastic rich breakfast with many choices, the service was amazing, and my stay was great!

The room we booked was well laid out and good sized with breakfast. Its location in Brampton was good, near restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the CAA Centre.

Their staff were poorly trained.

The hotel has a convenient location, close to taxis, restaurants, a movie theatre, and shopping stores. the unit is quiet and well-equipped, featuring a sofa bed.

I liked the service at the front. The people were very pleasant and helpful; they seemed willing to accommodate me in any way possible.

That they didn't serve dinner! We had to order from the restaurants around the hotel, but it would have been nice to have the hotel menu as an option.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a good area, close to Toronto, Brampton as well as the airport. I have stayed in queen room for 14 nights, it was complete with good comfy beds, bottled water, the shower. I had a microwave oven and fridges.

Great accommodations with food within walking distance.........needed access to airport and was pleased with the ease of traveling there.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Setting 🏪

This place is situated perfectly, with local stores and shops just a short stroll away. We even grabbed lunch at Harvey's, which is conveniently close by.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it has always been nice. The rooms are clean, internet connection was great and the beds comfortable. I didn't use any of the other dining or workout facilities so I can't comment on them. The pool area was nice with a 2 story water slide.

They are still finishing up some renovation and the room needed a little wallpaper and ceiling work. I wish they would have a continental breakfast included like most hotels.

Very nice hotel, large rooms, clean and cozy, professional staff. If you're visiting Toronto and drive a car, you can't go wrong with this hotel, it's only 1/2 hour drive from downtown.

Free breakfast would have made it perfect

This place has a perfect location right in the heart of the city and is conveniently near restaurants, Niagara Falls, and a cinema.
